Email us at cyfl utheransnw@gmail.com \n\nImportant Information\nThe 2026 Synod Fall Youth Retreat requires that all participants follow the rules set by the camp a nd any partnering groups/locations. We ask that leaders make sure their yo uth understand these rules and work to keep all participants in line with these rules and guidelines.\n\nRegistration is now open for the retreat.  Our current capacity is 140 total participants. If we reach 140 participa nts\, we will create a waitlist and communicate this with the congregation directly. We will work with the camp to make more spots available and pro vide updates to the congregations.\n\nCongregations are responsible for th eir own transportation and transportation costs.\n________________________ ________________\n \nRegistration\nWho is Invited?\nThe retreat is open f or middle and high school youth in grades 6-12. All registrations must be made with a congregational youth group. The adult chaperone(s) must be 21+ and we ask\, again\, that congregations limit adult chaperones to your co ngregation’s minimum policy. Adult chaperones may not bring their own ch ildren under the designated age for this event.\n\nProgram Cost\nThe cost is $175 per person if registration is complete by October 7th. $225 per pe rson beginning October 8th. This cost covers food (4 total meals on Saturd ay and Sunday morning)\, lodging\, programming\, and a retreat t-shirt.\n\ nRegistration Policies\n\n100% payment is due by check within 2 weeks of y our registration to reserve your spots.\nThere is no charge to change name s on a registration.\nEarly Registration ends on Wednesday\, October 7th. All registration closes on October 21\, 2025.\nEach congregation/participa nt will be required to complete a waiver from Black Diamond Camp. Each room has its own shower and bathroom wit h additional bathrooms located in the building. Each congregation will be given housing assignments. Depending on the size of your group\, your grou p may be sharing a room with one or more congregations. Adults will share rooms in the same way as youth.
